Deadland is a game about survival in a post-apocalyptic world. You will be faced with a zombie plague and the only way to survive is to kill all the undead and drive the survivors underground.
The world is divided into several regions. You can travel between them, but you must have a special permit for this. You can get this permit from the military, from the government, or from an unknown source.
The military will allow you to take part in special operations. These operations are similar to survival missions, but in a different setting. The goal of these missions is to find and kill all the undead.
The police will allow you to carry a knife and help you in your fight against the undead.
You can also buy a gun from a merchant. You can use it to shoot the undead.
